DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON PLAY-ASIA

Worst experience I ever had buying online has been with play-asia.com. I'm simply writing this to warn other people not too waste their time with play-asia. I had to buy a birthday present for my son and I thought I was in good time with more than 10 business days to run on. I ordered a Robosapien and play-asia clearly stated on the website it was in stock and it would be shipped out within 1-5 days. I ordered the fastest shipping they could provide to be on the safe side. The shipping costs from play-asia was app. 73usd and it would be with fedex. I was happy and I could now lean back in my chair well knowing that my son would recieve his birthday present on time. On play asia website I could see my order status. After 3 days my order was still in the process of "preparing order" the same state it was in when I paid for the product. On Play asia's website it told me I could expect a maximum of 5 days before the item was shipped. After 5 days the order was still in the same status "Preparing order". Then I decided to contact play asia because I got worried that something might happen and my son wouldn't get his birthday present. I wrote an email to play-asia it took them more than 3 days to answer. I was told that unfortunately they had problems with their supplier..........why should that be a problem, according to their website they had the item in stock. I waited two days more to see if they would ship the package (please bare in mind that I had already paid play-asia more than 300 usd including shipping). I waited a few more days and now I was out of time for my sons birthday :( . My son was of course so disappointed in not getting a birthday present, I had to tell him he would have to wait a few days and then it would be here. I wrote play-asia and complained again. Two days after I still haven't heard from them, so I went to my order page only to discovered that they had cancelled my order and my account was in a "refund status" First of all I never got contacted by them telling me about this, they simply just went ahead and made my order a refund (haven't gotten any money nor any emails about this) Now I have to start all over and my son has to wait for x amount of days extra for his birthday present. I'm furious and I started to look up play-asia on google to see if other people had the same issues and suprisingly yes, there are many. I will provide a list of links to other people with same problems on the bottom of this page. This is by far the worst experience I ever had with an online shopping company and especially a bigger one like play-asia. I'm sure they believe they can treat their customers like this becasue they believe it won't hurt any other business they will have. But I'm here to prove them wrong. THE SITE DROP DRAMATICALLY IN GOOGLE !

UPDATE JUNE 7TH.

This site used to be on the first page on google when you typed in play asia. Actually it was number 3 only topped by play asia's own homepage. In the last few days the site has litterally disappeared from google. At the moment it is 449 on google when you make a search for play asia. Is the site being attacked ? Is someone making loads of backlinks for the page so it is being banned on google. Only time will tell.
